Registration

eCamp is for those year 7-9 at school and we are super excited to have you with us this coming Easter.

All attendees must register with an attending youth community in order to attend. If you are not part of a local youth community or church, contact us and we may be able to connect you with one.

Campers: make sure you keep in touch with the leader of your church group, they will let you know the relevant info for your crew i.e. a packing list and transport costs.

Key Leaders: you must register your group online to reserve your spot. More info about how to do that is available on the leader info page.

How does registration work?

01 Fill in the Rego Form

Download the Individual Rego Form, fill it in, and get it to your group leader. You can fill it in digitally and send via email, or print and physically hand it in. Whatever works for you.

Make sure you give specific details about any medical requirements you have.

02 Pay your camp fees

Pay directly to your church/youth group.
They will then be invoiced once all rego’s are in.

Early bird fee: $215 (before 16 Mar), General fee: $235

Special diet: $15, Late fee: $10 (after 6 Apr)

Note: You may have other costs from your group that you need to include in your payment i.e. for transport, merch etc

Registering groups online requires a deposit of $5pp (this can be paid upfront but is included in the camp fees so it is not an “extra” cost)

03 Pack your bags

Keep in touch with your church/youth group leader about their plans for getting you to camp.
